The other time I thought dear Nyerere was crazy for nationalization!See what the big shots doing for scrambling for the National wealth. They are taking whatever for selves! But we swear what happened to Kenya will surely reccur here. Think of Govt. houses sold for themselves at throw away prices. Think of many unmannerned watch-dog formulated agencies/institutions like PCB,Human rights &good governance etc, being created just to lure the loans and grants from donors! But, you know-these will be paid by the tax-payers! iam not a prohet-second nationalization is there to come to Tanzania-when? just do not know! But must!John Kennedy onced said that "there is no reality about life".CCM doesn't know that!It is not that we citizens does not know the other side of reality-no-it is just the matter of time!PCB is nothing but just a new "portal"for CCM to lure the IMF,WB,ParisClubetc,etc.And they are fooled indeed!
