HELLO,

 My view is that the research must be carried on although its important to set goals and limit the resources used to carry the research project.as a matter of fact that the funds allocated for research are not supposed to exceed a certain limit so that they cant go to infinite researching. The resources used for research may be used to facilitate some of the problems people are facing here in Tanzania.

  When we come to the issue of corruption its certain that a change in president ,party  cant affect the corruption level, what is needed from my point of view is that the bureaus assigned for  ending corruption must do their work,properly not just going for the fifty  thousand shillings and so, but use maximum effort in

trying to block the few millions of tax evaders who bribe the ones in offices.  And through increasing the salaries of the public servants as well,eg teachers and policemen although teachers cant exceed the ones who handle issue which can lead to imprisonments,notifications etc who are vulnerable to corruption.
