Journalists training for Afya Yako project: 31st July – 3rd August 2023

The training built the capacity of 37 journalists working with radio stations in the treatment group. The focus was to sharpen their capacity to prepare and run interactive radio drama programs based on drama episodes already prepared by the project. Content of the training had also included basic understanding of some of the main health problems of public significance namely HIV/AIDS, Covid 19, mental health and maternal health.  The objective was to clear misconception around these major diseases
