Name: Mr. James Paul Kasindi
Title: Information Technology Expert
Mr. James Paul Kasindi joined ESRF as IT Expert/ Assistant Systems Administrator from September 2011. He is a Computer Science graduate from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM).
At the Foundation, he is now together with the members of I.T unit coordinating and facilitating technical assistance in the context of IT infrastructure in order to attain the Institutional goals and objectives.
Mr. Kasindi has been involved in several research assignments, coordination and undertaking such as evaluation studies, surveys, feasibility studies, regional investment guides, monitoring and evaluation and many more.
He is well equipped with analytical, programming and networking skills.

Mr Kasindi has been involved in several publications and research including the following;-
- Development of Regional Investment Guides for Tanga, Mbeya, Dar es salaam, Pwani, Iringa, Dar es salaam, Lindi, Mtwara, katavi and Ruvuma regions.
